The ongoing court battle over whether the words “Homecare” and “CRM” can be trademarked escalated this week from complaints of unfair competitive practices to more serious accusations.
PlayMaker CRM and parent company The Adam Group have responded to the lawsuit filed last month by competitor HomecareCRM. The response includes a counter-suit, accusing HomecareCRM and its COO of making false statements to PlayMaker customers and of engaging in anti-competitive business practices.
